About us
Delon has over 10 years of hands-on technical experience building ML and AI solutions — going from 0 to 1 with GenAI at organizations like the Los Angeles Dodgers and Hearst. Working inside companies of that scale taught him what actually moves the needle and what's just expensive noise.
He founded NorthbridgeAI to bring enterprise-grade AI leadership to firms that can't justify a full-time hire but can't afford to get it wrong. He holds a Masters in Data Science from UC Berkeley and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from U Calgary.
